Step into an active operational environment supporting key systems, network infrastructure, and enterprise applications. This 6 month full time contract position sits within a premier national distribution enterprise based in Altona North. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will serve as the first point of contact for technical resolution across corporate offices, retail channels, and high volume distribution facilities.

The Role You will own the day to day ticket lifecycle through Freshdesk, triaging and resolving Level 1 support requests within defined service level agreements. This position delivers broad technical exposure, ranging from endpoint hardware configuration to user session management and enterprise application troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Active Directory user accounts, access permissions, and group policies.
• Resolving Remote Desktop Services (RDS) user session disconnects and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshooting local network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi) and maintaining network printer infrastructure.
• Delivering end user PC support, including device setup, imaging, and software installation.
• Supporting core enterprise tools, including Sage 300/Accpac ERP and Manhattan Scale Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Building internal knowledge base documentation by recording recurring issues and standard resolutions.

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated track record in a Level 1 application or technical helpdesk role.
• Practical experience administering Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
• Familiarity supporting Remote Desktop Services (RDS) environments.
• Exposure to ERP platforms (Sage 300/Accpac) or Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan Scale) highly regarded.
• Strong endpoint troubleshooting skills across PC hardware, software, and local network setups.
• Calm, customer focused communication style with structured ticket logging discipline.
• Full working rights in Australia for the duration of the 6 month term.
