Qualitative Data Analyst (APS5/6 Equivalent) – Disability Supports

The Essentials
- Role: 6-month casual contract (up to 37.5 hrs/week) with a possible 18-month extension.
- Locations: Hubs in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, or Sydney.
- Start: Immediate start required.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse: Code and organise structured/unstructured qualitative data using tools like NVivo.
- Discover: Identify themes, mitigate bias, and synthesise findings from public consultations.
- Report: Create punchy summary documents, charts, and visualisations for executive leadership.
- Process: Transcribe audio and video submissions and refine survey content.
What You Bring
- Strong expertise in qualitative research methodologies and thematic analysis.
- Hands-on proficiency in QDA software (NVivo or similar).
- Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
- Highly Desirable: Background in health/disability research or government advisory.
