We are looking for a reliable, energetic Tree Labourer to join the crew keeping North Sydney’s street trees and parks looking incredible. If you enjoy physical work, love trees, and want to work with a team that has your back, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
No two days are exactly the same, but your main tasks will include:
- Helping out with pruning, maintenance, and tree removals using industry best practices.
- Assisting the team in spotting bugs, diseases, and checking on the health of our local trees.
- Helping manage traffic, setting up signage, and keeping the public safe while we work.
- Safely operating machinery and tools, keeping the worksite tidy, and making sure the gear is well-maintained.
- Following instructions from your Team Leader, keeping simple records (like timesheets)
What We’re Looking For:

The Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in arboriculture practices (especially pruning and tree removal).
- A current Class C Driver’s Licence.
- A great attitude, clear communication, and the ability to work smoothly in a team.
