... - Assisting in the preparation of initial design concepts, site analyses, massing studies, and feasibility reports.
- Producing 2D technical drawings, 3D digital models, architectural visualisations, and physical presentation models.
- Supporting the team in preparing presentation decks, statutory submission packages, and design review boards.
- Contributing to schematic design through to detailed design and tender documentation.
- Coordinating with project consultants, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure design intent and documentation align.
- Maintaining up-to-date project archives, drawings registers, and presentation files.
skills & experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (RIBA/ARB Part 1, LAM Part 1, or equivalent).
- Graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of practical placement/internship experience in an architectural studio.
- Proficiency in 2D drafting and 3D modeling tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp
- Familiarity with Revit/BIM/Rhino is a significant advantage.
- Strong visual communication skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and rendering platforms (e.g., Enscape, Lumion, or V-Ray).
- Solid conceptual, analytical, and graphic presentation abilities demonstrated through a cohesive design portfolio.
