Architect – High-End Residential
For over 23 years, we have delivered landmark residential projects across the globe.
We are seeking a highly skilled  Architect to join our growing international team, with
strong technical expertise and experience in luxury residential projects.
Responsibilities
 Prepare detailed technical drawing packages with precision (using Revit and
AutoCAd) 
 Design bespoke joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, and interior architecture details.
 Specify fittings, and materials.
 Coordinate drawings and information with MEP engineers, lighting designers,
and consultants to integrate services seamlessly 
 Review shop drawings 
Requirements
 5years’ experience + as an Architect with a proven track record in high-end
projects preferably residential but hotels as well. 
 Strong technical skills (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite).
 Excellent detailing, joinery, and specification knowledge.
 Understanding of MEP and services integration within interior design.
 Strong communication and client-facing skills.
 Use of AI tools very advantageous as well
