Key Responsibilities
The ASM for the Telangana region will be responsible for driving aggressive sales growth, market penetration, and business development across both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels in Telangana.
I. Sales Strategy & Execution
P&L Ownership: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (volume, value, and distribution) for theTelangana regions.
Channel Management: Develop and execute separate, targeted strategies for both GT and MT channels, ensuring seamless integration and optimal resource allocation across the two verticals.
II. General Trade (GT) & Distribution
Distributor Management: Effectively manage and optimize the distributor network across both states, focusing on efficiency, stock rotation, service levels, and achieving Return on Investment (ROI) targets.
III.Modern Trade (MT) Management
Key Account Management: Directly manage relationships and drive business with major regional and national Modern Trade chains.
Buyer Expertise: Possess and leverage a thorough understanding of the Staples category buying cycle and processes for key retailers, including Reliance, More, Lulu, Ratnadeep, Metro, and Walmart/Best Price.
