About This Team
The Business Development team is responsible for driving the brand’s retail footprint growth. The team identifies, evaluates, and secures prime store locations that align with the brand’s strategic and commercial goals.
How You Contribute
Main duties and responsibilities
Job scope
1. Responsible for the store expansion/relocation/renewals in designated regions, including site selection, commercial negotiations, contract follow-up and store opening coordination.
2. Communicate effectively with landlords, mall management and external partners to drive project execution.
3. Collaborate internally with cross functional teams to ensure new stores open on time and meet brand standards.
4. Conduct market analysis, track competitor activities, and identify new opportunities to support expansion strategies.
Role Qualifications
Business and technical skills
1. Bachelor’s degree in business /Commerce, or the equivalent experience
2. Previous experience in regional or global retail company with a diverse and varied portfolio

3. At least 5 years progressive experience in retail lease, expansion and property management
4. Ability to demonstrate initiative and proactively identify and escalate issues and processimprovements.
5. Extensive connections with local and international Landlords
Soft-skills ：
1. Strong cross-functional communication and influencing skills
2. Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
3. Working proficiency in English
