About the Role We are looking for a driven and analytical Assistant Brand Manager to support the marketing strategies for the Oral Care division. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will play a vital role in executing brand plans, driving consumer engagement, and ensuring the successful implementation of product initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of annual brand marketing plans to achieve business objectives and market share growth.
- Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of 360° marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital touchpoints.
- Work closely with external agencies (creative, media, digital, P.R.) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaign materials.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to provide actionable recommendations for brand strategy.
- Support the launch of new products (NPD) by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, and R&D.
- Monitor and track the A&P budget to ensure marketing spend is optimized and within allocation.
- Assist in preparing monthly business reviews and post-campaign analysis reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG marketing, preferably within personal care or related categories.
- Proven experience in executing brand campaigns and managing agency partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into marketing insights.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
