求められる経験
 Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
 8+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or related fields, preferably within a multinational company.
 Exceptional writing and message development skills in both English and Japanese.
 Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information and develop clear, concise messaging.
 Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 Experience managing PR agencies and digital communications agencies is highly desirable.
 Experience in managing corporate identity and creating sales tools such as case studies and brochures.
 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
 A desire to advance in a communications career and take on increased responsibilities in the future.
