- Join a high-growth K-Beauty specialist to lead the strategy and operations for worldwide skincare and cosmetic brands within the TikTok Shop ecosystem.
the role
- Execute and assist in developing the B2C brand strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets across the TikTok Shop platform.
- Coordinate and launch high-impact marketing campaigns, digital content, and other activities in collaboration with the creative team to align with brand growth objectives.
- Manage the on-platform backend operations for TikTok Shop to ensure seamless promotion launches, pricing updates, and campaign executions.
- Monitor brand sales performance and provide detailed analytical reports to management, utilizing insights to optimize future campaign effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including TikTok Key Account Managers (KAMs) and agencies, while overseeing the social media content calendar.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of brand management or e-commerce experience, beauty/skincare industry exposure is strongly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the TikTok platform, its advertising solutions, and the social media ecosystem.
- Energetic, fast-paced, and ambitious individual seeking to lead a team.
