Manage client onboarding processes, including account opening, CRR, CDD, and the verification of related documentation such as KYC, CRS, and FATCA.
Maintain and update the customer information system to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Oversee daily AML name screening operations, alongside customer information checking and continuous updates.
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and updating internal work manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and internal policies to align with prevailing regulatory requirements.
Liaise and communicate effectively with various internal departments to ensure seamless operational workflows.
Participate in ad-hoc operational projects and perform duties as assigned by management.
skills & experiences required.
Possess a Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant AML, KYC, and CDD experience within the Private Banking sector is strictly required.
Holders of the AAMLP qualification or equivalent professional compliance certifications are highly preferred.
Sound knowledge of and operational experience in investment products within the wealth management market.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a pleasant personality and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, with accurate English and Chinese typing skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
