Customer Relationship & Interface (SPOC): Act as the primary point of contact for OEM customers regarding program timing, quality, and deliverables.
• Program Lifecycle Management: Manage the program from quoting through launch, tracking milestones to ensure 0 days late.
• Quality & Technical Support: Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to ensure plastic parts meet customer standards.
• Change Management: Manage customer-driven scope changes and engineering changes, assessing impact on cost and timing.
• Profitability & Cost Control: monitoring budget, tooling costs, and driving cost reduction initiatives.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential program bottlenecks (e.g., supplier delays, tooling issues) and develop mitigation strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead internal team meetings across Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, and Quality.
