Key Responsibilities
1. Store & Inventory Management
· Manage inward & outward material movement (RM, bought-out items, consumables, project materials).
· Ensure timely GRN processing, inspection clearance, and proper documentation.
· Maintain FIFO/FEFO/LIFO and heat number traceability for pressure parts.
· Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages/excess inventory.
· Conduct cycle counts and periodic stock audits. · Control slow/non-moving inventory.
2. Production & Project Coordination -
· Ensure timely material staging as per fabrication plan.
· Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, and Projects for material availability.
· Support dispatch planning for project shipments.
3. ERP & MIS Control
· Ensure 100% real-time ERP transactions (GRN, issue, transfer).
· Maintain store/bin locations and material coding accuracy.
· Generate inventory MIS (aging, variance, turnover).
4. Compliance & Safety
· Ensure proper storage conditions and 5S implementation.
· Maintain statutory and audit compliance.
· Follow safe material handling practice
