key responsibilities
- Accueillir les clients et leurs animaux avec bienveillance
- Répondre au téléphone, filtrer et orienter les demandes.
- Conseiller les clients sur les services et produits disponibles au sein du cabinet
- Prendre et organiser les rendez-vous
- Réceptionner et gérer les stocks de médicaments
- Assurer diverses tâches administratives courantes liées à l'activité du cabinet (facturation, classement, suivi de dossier ...)
qualifications
- Sens aigu de l'accueil, de l'écoute et excellent relationnel
- Organisation, rigueur et autonomie sont indispensables
- Très bonne aisance au téléphone et maîtrise des outils informatiques
- Intérêt marqué pour le milieu vétérinaire et le bien être animal.
