Job Title -Demand Planning Associate

Job Location- Sector 62 Gurgaon 

Qualification: Graduate & MBA in Supply chain/Data Analytics or related field

Salary - Depends upon your Interview 
Experience 3 -5 years

• Manage the Demand Planning Consensus process for the businesses
• Generate SKU level forecasts to meet the guidance provided by sales, marketing, and finance
• Lead and coordinate the monthly Demand Consensus (monthly through to long range demand planning) for the Business by actively engaging the Marketing and GTM as key participants in the process.
• Scenario planning & Promotional uplift modeling and cannibalization analysis

• Focus on process improvements of Demand planning system

Specific Knowledge / Technical Skills / Experiences

·Demand Planning & Statistical Skills - forecasting using Python

·Causal modeling and regression analysis, Hypothesis testing

·Forecast accuracy measurement (MAPE, WAPE, Bias, RMSE)

·Advanced Excel & Analytics

·Power Query & Power Pivot & Power BI

·Visual Basic / Automation

·VBA macros for: VBA automation for planning workflows

·Familiarity with an SAP, APO systems and common software applications

·Minimum of 3 years demand Planning or Data management experience required.

·Good communication skill in English ...
