(LSPs) and arrange transport while ensuring compliance with loading schedules.
 Operational Execution: Resolve transactional failures within the system and manage non-
standard orders, changes, and exceptions requiring unique transport arrangements.
 Cost & Compliance: Verify logistics capabilities against special requirements, ensure data
accuracy, and approve/book logistics costs in SAP (ECC) timely.
 Service Provider Oversight: Identify LSP non-compliance, initiate corrective actions, and
support Quality Measure resolutions.
 Problem Solving: Address high-value or legally complex claims and find alternative carrier
solutions when delivery requirements deviate from the norm.
 Communication: Coordinate special delivery needs with carriers and maintain clear
communication with internal team members regarding workflow status.Education & Experience
 Education: Associate degree required.
 Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in Logistics, Accounts Payable, or
Purchasing.Technical Proficiencies
 Systems: Proficiency in SAP (ECC navigation) is highly preferred.
