Primary Administrative DutiesConduct monthly vehicle inspections using a standardized checklist and schedule routine servicing and repairs.Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets to track staff training, certifications, and compliance deadlines.Coordinate and book travel, accommodation, and transport for team members.Deliver front-line customer service by greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and managing general inquiries with a professional demeanor.Re
