2)Develop ATE software architecture including:
- LabVIEW-based test sequences, GUIs, and hardware abstraction layers.
- Python/C/C++ modules for device communication, business logic, and data processing
- IoT/API-based remote monitoring, data exchange, and real-time traceability
3)Design and integrate test instrumentation (power supplies, loads, oscilloscopes, generators, CAN/LIN analyzers, DAQ, safety interlocks).
4)Implement and validate communication interfaces (CAN, LIN, UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet) within EOL system architecture.
5)Engineer control panels, interface boxes, wiring harnesses, and load boards for ATE setups.
6)Build data acquisition & database frameworks for production-level traceability (SQL/SQLite/MySQL).
7)Develop test scripts, calibration logic, diagnostics, and automated validation routines.
8)Troubleshoot ATE hardware, sensor interfaces, embedded communication, and system software issues.
9)Support firmware programming/flashing workflows within EOL test stations.
10)Coordinate with design, manufacturing, NPD, and quality teams to ensure robust test coverage and scalable EOL architecture.
Role and Responsibilities:
1)Understand product test requirements and propose test strategies and concepts.
2)Develop test cases, product-specific tests, and automated test sequences.
3)Design and develop ATE systems and in-house test hardware/software solutions.
4)Select and integrate NI/third-party hardware modules and communication interfaces.
5)Develop and troubleshoot software using LabVIEW, Python, Visual Studio, web tools, and databases.
6)Perform system integration, verification, validation, and release of test systems.
7)Conduct market studies, adopt new test technologies, and drive continuous improvement.
8)Benchmark processes, apply learnings (OPL, TKHS, Poka-Yoke), and enhance productivity.
9)Support NPD, program management, purchasing, coordination, and documentation activities.
