Job Description for the position of Backend support Associate– Customer Service Dept. (MSG)
Education Qualification:
- B.Com. / M. Com- with approx. 1 years of experience, preferably with SAP exposure.
- Preferably Female (it is Desk Job- No travel involved).
Age:
- Preferred age group: Around 23 years.
Key job responsibilities:
- Preliminary study of RFQ for preparatory work for offers submission.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain dept. for price for offer preparation.
- Submit primary work-out for final offer preparation.
- Follow up with customer for PO release.
- Study PO terms & clarification with customers for non-acceptable points.
- Send order acknowledgement / acceptance of PO to customers.
- Follow up with customers for advance payment for order processing.
- Preparation and sending Proforma Invoice to customers for advance payment release.
- Create internal documents for Supply Chain dept. to initiate material procurement actions.
- Follow up with Supply Chain dept. for items receipt.
- Generate & compile monthly business reports.
- Coordinate with customer collection of pending payments before & after dispatch.
Additional skills (preferred):
- Coordination with Blue Dart logistics team for delivery of urgent/ critical spares supply.
- Organize for fumigation certificate for export consignments wooden boxes.
- Booking of consignment online for export cases & coordinate with agent for pick up.
Other important requirements:
- Manageable written & spoken English communication skills. Should be able to communicate with customers.
- Good soft skills (MS office- Word & Excel) and data management & presentation skills are required.
- Spoken Languages- English, Hindi & Kannada.
