We are seeking a proactive and professional Beauty Advisor to join our team on a contract basis in Gurgaon, Haryana. As a key member of our sales team, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales within the beauty sector, with a particular focus on skincare.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to understand their skincare needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Showcase and demonstrate a range of beauty products, with an emphasis on skincare lines.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all beauty products, promotions, and brand standards.
- Assist with stock management, merchandising, and maintaining the visual appeal of the sales floor.
- Provide high-quality customer service, building lasting relationships with clients.
- Participate in product training sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- A Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in beauty sales, with a strong focus on skincare.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- A professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to help customers find the right products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
