In this role, you will be a key partner to Account Executives and Brokers, ensuring seamless internal processes and contributing directly to the value delivered to clients. Responsibilities
- Maintains effective and productive relationships and communication with Account Executives, Associate Account Executives, other Account Specialists and Brokers.
- Manages working with multiple Account Executives and Brokers.
- Performs account servicing functions including miscellaneous office duties in support of account servicing.
- Actively supports the renewal process.
- Understands and works in alignment with the company Leadership Model and its pillars of Client Value, Unmatched Teams, Innovation, Results and Values.
- Ensures operational excellence, including adherence to service management requirements.
Qualifications
• Entry level position 1-3 years of commercial insurance/office experience.
• Must be fluent in communicate with French/ English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with internal clients on client servicing activities.
• Understands operation processes and methodologies; proven ability to work effectively with moderate guidance and supervision.
• Must have strong Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel skills to import/export data, strong Word skills.
• Successfully operates in a fast-paced output driven environment that requires staff members to multi-task, react quickly and perform task that are not routine.
• Associates or Bachelors Degree Preferred - High School or Equivalent Required.
