Responsibilities
• Manage high-volume inbound inquiries via phone and email as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using SAP software.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for consumer electronics products to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed customer records and interaction logs within the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to track shipments and provide delivery updates.
• Escalate complex technical or billing issues to the appropriate internal departments.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional customer care.
• Participate in continuous product training to stay updated on the latest consumer electronics innovations.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a dedicated customer service or customer care role.
• Proven experience using SAP in a professional environment is mandatory.
• Full bilingualism (English/French) with high proficiency in written and oral French.
• Experience with Genesis telephony or communication platforms.
• Asset: Previous experience with Concentrix C4C (Cloud for Customer).
• Ability to commute to the Mississauga office 4 days per week.
• Educational background in business administration or a related field is preferred.
