Responsibilities
- Handle HR inquiries via phone and case management system, triaging, resolving, and escalating issues as needed while meeting service level agreements.
- Process HR transactions accurately in systems, ensuring alignment with policies, SOPs, and best practices.
-Guide employees and leaders on HR tools, self-service resources, and policies to enable successful self-service and understanding of processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, contribute to process improvements, maintain knowledge documentation, monitor KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service quality and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- HR experience or willingness to pursue certification; knowledge of HR systems is a plus
- Bilingual (French and English) - communicate with English-speaking partners located outside Quebec on a regular basis
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
