The Details
Pay Rate: $21.63 / hour
Location: Ottawa (Transit-accessible; paid parking available)
Contract: Full-time, temporary (with a strong path to permanent transition)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shifts: Monthly rotations between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Paid Training: 3 weeks of comprehensive onboarding (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities
Act as the dedicated point of contact across phone, email, chat, and video, providing a warm and professional experience for every relocating member.
Lead virtual consultations to map out relocation journeys, proactively addressing complex challenges and clarifying policies to ensure peace of mind.
Manage the financial integrity of the move by reviewing, validating, and processing expense claims and advance requests with high accuracy.
Navigate and interpret the Canadian Forces Relocation Directive (CAFRD). You will be the expert voice translating complex policy into actionable advice.
Qualifications
Exceptional oral and written proficiency in both French and English is mandatory. You must be able to explain complex financial directives clearly in both languages.
To meet federal government security standards, you must have maintained continuous residency in Canada for the past 5 years (since March 2021).
At least 1 year in a high-volume call center, hospitality, or administrative role where multitasking and empathy were key.
High computer literacy. You are comfortable navigating up to 4 different systems simultaneously while engaging with a client.
Ability to maintain high productivity and rigorous attention to detail during peak relocation seasons.
