Manage end-to-end client billing processes, sales ledgers, accounts receivable, and debt collections.
Oversee project accounting functions, including WIP monitoring, project cost tracking, and profitability analysis.
Reconcile rechargeable costs against billed and unbilled balances, investigating and resolving project variances.
Execute management accounting tasks, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
Assist with intercompany reconciliations, monthly control files, and regional financial reporting across APAC.
Support statutory compliance, tax filings, and internal and external audit requirements.
Ensure strict adherence to client billing guidelines and internal financial controls.
Identify process bottlenecks to enhance financial systems, reporting efficiency, and operational workflows.

skills & experiences required.

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; pursuing or holding a professional qualification (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, with a strong emphasis on client billing, accounts receivable, and project accounting.
Prior experience within professional services, consulting, advertising, or project-based corporate environments is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of management accounting, balance sheet controls, and cash flow forecasting techniques.
Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with modern ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with regional teams and external stakeholders.
