- Perform general bank teller duties efficiently to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Handle daily over-the-counter transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account enquiries.
- Address and resolve customer enquiries professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Identify and report any suspicious counter transactions in strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide essential administrative support to ensure the department functions effectively.
- Execute ad-hoc operational tasks and assignments as required by management.
skills & experiences required.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 6 to 12 months of experience or prior knowledge of counter transactions or customer service is highly advantageous, though motivated fresh graduates are welcome.
- Demonstrate a customer-oriented mindset with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Must be proficient in spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
