求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
・2-5 years of experience in brand marketing within the FMCG industry, ideally with experience managing a brand P&L.
・Proven track record of successfully launching new products and driving brand growth.
・Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
・Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media and online advertising.
・Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
・A passion for the FMCG industry and a proven ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
・Experience in food marketing is preferred.
・A collaborative and proactive approach to team work
