Responsibilities:- Promote and sell FMCG/Beverage products to target customers within the assigned territory.
- Engage with potential customers, educate them about product features and benefits, and drive product trial and adoption.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective promotional activities and persuasive selling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and consumers to foster brand loyalty.
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations and sampling activities.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on consumer trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure consistent brand representation and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage and maintain promotional materials and inventory effectively.
- Work proactively to identify new sales opportunities and expand market reach.
- Completed H.Sc/+2/Intermediate education.
- Up to 5 years of experience in sales and promotion, preferably within the FMCG/Foods/Beverage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales and brand promotion.
- Mandatory possession of a two-wheeler vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.
