We are seeking a proactive and professional Brand Promoter to join our team in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, on a contract basis. As a Brand Promoter, you will be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing brand presence within the brewery and distillery sector.
Responsibilities:- Conduct regular outlet visits to promote our products and build strong relationships with retailers.
- Execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Engage customers through promotional activities, product demonstrations, and sampling.
- Ensure optimal brand visibility and merchandising within retail outlets.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities and consumer trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, promotional activities, and customer interactions.
- High School Diploma / +2 / Intermediate or equivalent qualification.
- Up to 5 years of experience in sales and promotion, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Proven ability in outlet visits, sales execution, and promotional activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage territory.
- Must be available to work in Ballia, UP, 273413, India.
This is a contract position. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying opportunities and driving brand initiatives within the specified region.
