Responsibilities
Executive Communication & Presentation Development
•Develop clear, compelling, and visually engaging executive-level presentations for senior leadership and governance forums
•Create strategic narratives, talking points, and written communications to support key initiatives
•Maintain standardized templates and communication frameworks to ensure consistency and quality
Business Analysis & Reporting
•Analyze metrics, trends, and risk indicators across the vendor and procurement lifecycle
•Produce dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports with actionable insights
•Conduct gap analyses, process reviews, and workflow assessments to support continuous improvement
Procurement & Vendor Risk Support
•Support procurement initiatives including supplier evaluations, cost analysis, and process optimization
•Collaborate with risk, compliance, and procurement teams to ensure adherence to vendor risk frameworks and regulatory requirements
•Assist in risk assessments by gathering and synthesizing vendor performance and compliance data
Cross-Functional Collaboration
•Partner with stakeholders across risk, security, technology, procurement, and operations
•Gather requirements and translate them into executive-ready outputs
•Facilitate meetings, document key outcomes, and ensure alignment across initiatives
Qualifications
Required
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
•3+ years of experience in business analysis, procurement, vendor management, or risk management
•Proven experience creating executive-level presentations and communications
•Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong data storytelling capabilities
•Solid understanding of procurement lifecycles, vendor onboarding, and third-party risk frameworks
•Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Preferred
•Experience within financial services or other regulated industries
•Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies (inherent risk, control effectiveness, residual risk)
•Experience with procurement and risk tools such as ProcessUnity, Archer, or Ivalua
