MBA.
Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in Business Planning / Sales Strategy / B2B Sales.
Candidates from NBFC / Leasing industry / Auto & Auto Ancillary are preferred.
Candidate profile:
1. Experience working in planning team / B2B Sales.
2. Ability to plan beforehand, multi-task with execution agility.
3. Good written & verbal communication with attention to detail.
4. Ability to Analyse Financial statements.
5. Proficient in MS office.
6. Self-motivated with the ability to work in fast paced, changing environment.
Roles and responsibilities: -
Build & Maintain Standard operating manuals and standards.
Identify and establish new channels to expand the company's presence in the market by:
o Conducting research to identify new business partners /opportunities,
o Generating leads through LinkedIn & other digital platforms.
o Calling or writing emails to the prospects.
Quotation preparation and maintaining summary of all quotes.
Organise interviews to evaluate prospects and ensure a thorough onboarding process for new
Partners.
Assist with drafting business plans, presentations, reference material, and other documents as
required.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Communicate & build strong relationships with key prospects, existing partners, and internal
teams to facilitate sales.
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
Monitor the performance of New Partners monthly.
