key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and unblocking of pending invoices in collaboration with the shared center in Prague, ensuring compliance with payment deadlines.
- Weekly extracting supplier invoices and reporting on payments and CPAs (Certificates of Payment) to physicians.
- Entering and managing payment terms in the system.
- Entering and modifying supplier records in the management system (SAP).
- Managing IBAN changes with verification and re-push procedures for data security.
qualifications
Profile Requirements:
- Background in the pharmaceutical industry (knowledge of the dynamics of medical events and HCP payments is essential)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- SAP knowledge is preferred
- Experience navigating banking portals
- Good English writing skills for daily email management with international teams
