Your role:
managing incoming claims submitted by customers who have purchased vehicles internationally;
assessing claims submitted by individual buyers for eligibility, using internal resources and evidence provided by buyers;
monitoring open claims that require additional information to reach a resolution (such as missing details from buyers or supplementary information from the selling country);
overseeing cases scheduled for closure that involve payment to the buyer or necessitate final settlement;
furnishing comprehensive responses to buyers regarding case resolutions, based on evidence and internal evaluations performed during the claims assessment;
communication with buyers will primarily occur via email;
ensuring all aforementioned tasks are executed and monitored in a prompt manner, upholding commitments and deadlines.
