The Role at a Glance
In this position, you will be the bridge between our project requirements and vendor execution. Your core responsibilities would include:
End-to-End Purchasing: Managing inquiries, bidding processes, and issuing purchase orders within budget.
Strategic Negotiation: Leading all vendor negotiations to ensure optimal terms and project alignment.
Compliance & Quality: Verifying purchasing conditions and ensuring all documentation meets our rigorous quality standards.
Project Collaboration: Partnering with Project Procurement Managers to flag discrepancies and handle vendor back-charges.
What We’re Looking For
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Advanced Negotiation Skills: A proven ability to drive value while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
