quality financial results and to continuously improve the efficiency of the closing process. Responsibilities:
• Manage the month-end calendar, ensuring transparency, adherence to deadlines, and proactiveresolution of bottlenecks.
• Lead and oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring all activities are completed accuratelyand on time.
• Ensure consistency in ways of working and roust control of trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet positions.
• Collaborate with BPO partners and regional accounting teams to ensure effective execution of closing activities.
• Identify, report, and support remediation of control or process issues identified during the close cycle.
• Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement in the month-end close process to reduce cycle time and increase accuracy.
• Support group audit and compliance requirements, ensuring documentation and evidence are complete and readily available.
• Prepare and present closing KPIs and performance metrics to management, highlighting improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
• Qualification CA or advanced level in career.
• Month End Process Experience
• Experience in similar role for at least 12+ years.
• SAP or major ERP experience including
• Experience managing BPO organisation in delivering month end process
• Soft skills required:
• Good organizational skills, ability to manage workload to ensure all key deadlines are met.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Problem solving and a growth and enterprise mindset.
• Continuous Improvement Experience. Challenging status quo,
• Stakeholder Management.
• Analytical Thinking.
• Thrive on working in a highly collaborative and diverse culture.
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:
• Excel skills at advanced level, some experience of predictive analysis
