Roles & Responsibilities:
1) BOM creation in PLM. (Items, parts lists, non-CAD objects etc.)
2) Metadata corrections/update in PLM.
3) CAD enrichment (3D modelling, assembly, i-assemblies)
4) 3D and BOM comparison.
5) CAD try-outs in Inventor.
6) Change management in Enovia.
7) Variant management in Enovia.
8) Communicate with overseas teams on a regular basis.
9) Maintain planning and status sheets.
10) Estimate amount of efforts required for a task.
11) Attend meetings with cross function teams.
12) Record learnings and help to create training documents.
Educational requirements/Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3-5 years of experience.
- Should have basic knowledge of Air Compressors and designing of compressor Package.
- Should have basic understanding of modularity approach.
- Experience of working on CAD software like Inventor & PLM system 3Dx-Enovia etc.
- Knowledge of BOM generation, working on ERP system.
- Knowledge of Ms office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Good written & verbal communication in English is must.
