Key responsibilities include:
Clinical Excellence: Oversee clinic operations, compliance, reporting, stock management, and the development of top-tier clinical care programs.
Leadership & Mentoring: Act as an honest, ethical leader to train and nurture the next generation of nurses and carers.
Relationship Management: Look after residents and foster strong, supportive relationships with their families.
- Operational Support: Assist with the financial management and budgeting of the home.
What You'll Bring:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- A minimum of 3 years of nursing management experience (at ward level or above).
- Demonstrated experience managing both people and budgets
- An honest and ethical leadership style, paired with a hunger to learn and challenge yourself
