We are seeking a dedicated and driven Care Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position specifically for Enrolled Nurses (ENs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) who possess a strong personality, resilience, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage approximately 70 clients and ensure high standards of care.
- Participate in prospect meetings aimed at converting potential clients to our services.
- Receive commission for each successfully onboarded client.
Package and Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 + superannuation
- Company Vehicle: Includes a fuel card and toll tag; reasonable personal use allowed on weekends.
- Standard Office Hours: Choose between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Remote Work: 1 day WFH per week after probation period.
- Probation: 6-month probation period.
Additional Information
- The Care Manager will be expected to drive to 2-3 face-to-face prospect meetings per week to support sales growth and client conversion.
- The selection process includes an initial online interview, followed by a second face-to-face interview at the respective office locations:
- NSW: Parramatta
- QLD: South Brisbane
- VIC: Mount Waverley
