The Care Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of care delivered to clients and building a robust network of community contacts to enhance community services. Success in this role will be measured by the satisfaction levels of both customers and caregivers, along with the effective impact on the community through established relationships.
We are specifically looking for Enrolled Nurses (ENs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) who possess a strong personality, resilience, and excellent organizational skills. Each Care Manager will manage approximately 70 clients and will participate in prospect meetings to convert potential clients to Careside. A commission structure is in place for each client successfully onboarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality of care delivered to clients.
- Develop and maintain a network of community contacts for service enhancement.
- Achieve high levels of customer and caregiver satisfaction.
- Manage approximately 70 clients effectively.
- Participate in 2–3 face-to-face prospect meetings weekly to support sales growth and client conversion.
- Convert potential clients into active clients for Careside.
- Collaborate with other team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
Package and Benefits
- Salary: $80K + superannuation
- Company Car: with fuel card and toll tag; reasonable personal use allowed on weekends.
- Working Hours: Choose between 8:30 am–4:30 pm or 9:00 am–5:00 pm.
- Work from Home: 1 day per week after the probation period.
- Probation Period: 6 months.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Must be an EN or RN with relevant qualifications.
- Experience: Previous experience in care management or related fields preferred.
