As a Reward Lead at Randstad Digital, you will be responsible for crafting and executing our organisation's compensation strategy. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our compensation plans align with our short and long-term strategic goals, while also adhering to regulatory standards. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, global tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage senior leaders in discussions regarding compensation concerns and best practices, leading the design of incentive plans, salary structures, and behavioural changes (50%)
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures, recommending revisions and new plans as needed to align with compensation trends and corporate objectives (25%)
- Provide guidance to managers on compensation changes and decisions, and assist in resolving difficult employee issues (25%)
Experience:
- Experience in compensation, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategies in a complex, fast-paced tech environment
- Strong understanding of global compensation principles, regulations, and market trends
- Ability to analyse data efficiently using tools such as Excel, and experience implementing compensation plans and strategies
- Project management skills and strong organisational abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to influence leadership and effectively communicate compensation plans to employees, while resolving sensitive issues with confidence
