- Partner with the Co-Founders and Board to drive strategic decisions, capital planning, and long-term value creation.
- Translate business goals into measurable financial objectives and performance metrics.
- Play a key role in corporate governance, risk management, and board-level financial reporting.
2. Financial Management & Controls
- Oversee all finance operations, including accounting, reporting, audits, and compliance.
- Strengthen internal controls, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage working capital, cost structures, and profitability across business lines.
- Implement scalable systems and tools (Oracle, SAP, or similar) to support automation and transparency.
3. IPO Readiness & Investor Relations
- Lead the entire IPO preparation journey—from financial restructuring and due diligence to engagement with bankers, auditors, and regulators.
- Build and manage Investor Relations (IR), ensuring clear, consistent communication with investors and potential stakeholders.
- Create and deliver compelling narratives that translate ’s financial performance into investor confidence.
4. Technology & Process Integration
- Collaborate with the in-house engineering team to embed automation and analytics in financial workflows.
- Drive the use of technology for efficiency in accounting, compliance, and business intelligence.
- Build scalable, “scrappy but smart” processes suited for a high-growth organization.
5. Team Building & Leadership
- Mentor, develop, and expand the finance team to meet evolving business needs.
- Create a performance-oriented culture that values ownership, agility, and collaboration.
- Build a unified finance, legal, and investor relations function under one umbrella.
