Responsibilities
Digital Shared Services, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
Qualifications
1.15 years’ experience performing organizational change management for large projects implementing information technology, process, or business architecture solutions. Experience should include stakeholder analysis and preparing targeted communications.
2.8 years’ experience in project management or team lead role implementing projects. Experience should include developing plans and coaching resources. The response should include at least 3 examples including project title and duration of the project that totals at least 8 years, 1 of these examples should be in a healthcare environment.
3.6 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes. The response should include at least 2 examples including project title and duration of the project that totals at least 6 years.
4.3 years’ experience performing organizational change management while implementing standardized staff scheduling business processes across multiple healthcare organizations.
5.1 year of experience developing operational delivery models to improve patient access in a healthcare setting.
6.2 years’ of experience implementing a new governance model in a healthcare setting.
