Responsibilities
•Lead and manage end-to-end People Change Management initiatives
•Own and deliver change workstreams aligned to project objectives and timelines
•Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies and plans
•Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations
•Partner with business leaders and project teams as a trusted advisor
•Support communication, training, and engagement activities to drive adoption
•Ensure alignment of change deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives
Qualifications
•Proven experience in People Change Management within complex organizations
•Strong understanding of Wealth Management and investment-related environments
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
•Experience conducting stakeholder, impact, and readiness assessments
•Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
•Familiarity with ADKAR methodology (certification considered an asset)
•Regulatory project experience and prior experience with large financial institutions considered an asset
