Master's degree in business administration, MBA or equivalent management qualification or related fields.
Industry Experience:Minimum 20 years of Experience in setting up or scaling up bioethanol Industry and proven leadership in the biofuel is highly desirable.
Project Setup s Execution:Must lead the Entire setup of the Biofuel/Ethanol Manufacturing unit, including development C plant construction, machinery procurement, and commissioning.
Responsible for ensuring timely completion, regulatory clearances, and adherence to environmental and safety standards.
Operations Management:Post-establishment, oversee the Entire Operations of the unit, including production, maintenance, logistics, compliance, and quality control.
Ensure high operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability standards
Business Strategy s Leadership:
Develop strategies for Growth and Profitability Regulatory s Government Liaison:Strong knowledge of Biofuel policies, environmental regulations, and government subsidy schemes (e.g., Ethanol Blending Programme etc.,).
Build relationships with Government Departments, Oil marketing companies (OMC's), and regulatory authorities.
Financial Oversight:Manage the entire financial performance of the company including budgeting
Experience in securing government grants/subsidies
Technology s Sustainability Focus:Lead adoption of advanced, eco-friendly, and automated technology in production and waste utilization.
Team Leadership:Build a strong organizational culture, Recruit, mentor, and lead a competent cross-functional team.
Reporting:Provide regular business performance updates to the Chairman s Directors
