Requirements & Qualifications 🎓
- Qualification: Diploma of Children’s Services (or higher Early Childhood qualification) 📜
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in childcare management, team leadership, and staff retention 🌟
- First Aid & Health: Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management certifications 🩺🚑
- Compliance & Safety: Comprehensive understanding of child safety, compliance, and regulatory standards ✅
- Training: Child Safety / Gekko Training completed 🦎🛡️
- Work Rights: Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and full Australian work rights 🇦🇺
- References: Ability to provide 2 professional supervisory references 📝
