Key Responsibilities- System Updates: Execute manual workarounds and administrative tasks with 100% accuracy.
- Phone Advocacy: Provide empathetic support via inbound and outbound calls.
- Problem Solving: Resolve complex claims issues and conflicts with a customer-first mindset.
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to company policy and regulatory standards.
- Admin & Phone Ready: Comfortable with a heavy administrative start before transitioning into a high-volume phone environment.
- Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for helping others—whether via a professional email or a supportive phone call.
- Detail-Focused: You understand that accuracy is vital for a seamless member experience.
- Adaptable & Resilient: You stay focused during repetitive tasks and maintain a positive attitude during periods of change.

- Rate: $40.56 per hour + Superannuation.
- Hours: 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday (37.5 hours per week).
