1. Immunization & Clinical Support
● Conduct Vital check and document before Doctor Consultation.
● Assist in administering vaccines safely and follow IAP guidelines.
● Update immunization due-dates, schedules, and clinical details in EMR without
errors.
● Assist doctors during examinations and procedures.
● Provide calm and reassuring support to children and parents.2. Medication, Vaccine & HPV Counselling
● Recommend medicines, HPV vaccine, and vaccination packages based on doctor
advice.
● Educate parents on dosage, after-care, and follow-up instructions.
● Support clinic team in achieving monthly vaccination and HPV targets.3. Inventory & Stock Management● Track daily consumption of vaccines, medications, and consumables.
● Maintain stock logs with 100% accuracy.
● Ensure zero stock-outs and minimal expiry loss.
● Assist in weekly stock audits and reconcile items with central MIS team.4. Hygiene & Clinical Readiness
● Maintain high standards of cleanliness across vaccine room, consultation rooms, and
equipment.
● Ensure ILR/refrigerator temperature is monitored and recorded twice daily.
● Keep consumables organized, sterilized, and replenished.5. EMR Documentation & Reporting
● Ensure EMR entries (notes, vaccines, due-dates) are completed before EOD.
● Support the clinic team with daily reporting and audit checklists.
● Identify and escalate documentation gaps immediately.
