As a Compliance Specialist, you will act as a true business partner to the Japan commercial team. Your mission is to foster a "Compliance Culture" that balances business growth with integrity.What makes this role stand out?Flexible Working: Rare flexibility with $4 \sim 5$ days a week negotiable, empowering you to manage your work-life balance effectively.High Impact: Lead the Japan Compliance Committee and support transparency reporting and risk-based monitoring.Regional Collaboration: Work closely with regional and global teammates on ad hoc projects, ensuring your professional development has an international scope.Holistic Scope: Participate in the Japan Disciplinary Committee and manage corporate registry and legal administrative matters.The Ideal ProfileWe are looking for a motivated professional who is ready to take the next step. Whether you are currently in-house or a consultant with a strong healthcare client portfolio, this role offers the platform to become a subject matter expert.Experience: Approximately 2–6 years of professional experience.
