You’ll manage all aspects of construction, from initial planning and design to final handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders, including design teams, contractors, and vendors. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
* Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
* Business level or higher proficiency in Japanese and English is highly preferred.
* Possession of relevant professional certifications (e.g., First-Class Architect, First-Class Construction Management Engineer) is a plus.
