The Role: Project Manager - Relocate to Adelaide (relocation costs provided)
We are seeking a strategic and driven Project Manager with proven experience delivering commercial construction projects valued over $50M.
Based in Adelaide, with market boasting a robust, long-term pipeline of construction activity. (This is considered a key leadership position within our group). A guaranteed pipeline of $600m projects coming through.
You will provide high-level operational support and strategic guidance to our South Australian business unit. We are actively targeting multi-storey projects, so your direct experience in this sector will be highly regarded.
We are seeking Senior Project Managers/ Construction Managers with Low rise, Health & Aged Care and Retail construction experience.
Requirements:
As a motivated leader with 10+ years of industry experience, you possess outstanding leadership capabilities and deep sector knowledge. You will demonstrate professional capability in:
Project Delivery: Autonomous management of "construct only" and/or "design and construct" commercial building projects within the Tier 1 or Tier 2 space.
Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, training, and performance-managing teams of construction professionals.
Stakeholder Management: Nurturing exceptional client relationships with a strong customer focus.
Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of modern building methodologies, quality management, and current industry best practices.
Systems & Software: Strong programming skills utilising CHEOPS, Hammertech, MS Project, alongside exposure to financial systems.
Contracts & Compliance: Solid knowledge of current QHSE Acts/Legislation, working within externally and FSC-accredited systems, and effective implementation of AS Forms of Contract.
Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation, dispute resolution, and comprehensive monthly project reporting skills.
